U by BB&T Mobile Onboarding

The onboarding experience for the legacy BB&T mobile app was proposed as a way to give new and existing clients a quick primer on the full capabilities of the app. As the content lead on this feature, I was responsible for:

  • Developing bite-size pieces of content to inform clients about features that weren’t immediately obvious from a cursory glance around the app

  • Giving clients an option to skip past the onboarding process at any point during the experience

  • Creating dynamic content for multiple biometric states
